What changes?
Only the movie-level duration is marked “unknown”. Track timing, picture, sound and metadata stay intact. This may avoid extra compression on some TikTok uploads, but it is not guaranteed and does not improve an already compressed video.
Your original is never overwritten. Standard, non-fragmented MP4 and MOV files are supported. Location metadata is retained.
Saving to iPhone Photos
Open this page in Safari over HTTPS. After preparing, tap Save / share video, then choose Save Video in the iOS share sheet. You choose the destination; this website cannot write directly to Photos.
If Save Video is missing, iOS may not support the codec or modified container. Download remains available, but saves to Files, not Photos. H.264 video with AAC audio is usually the most compatible export.
